This delicious keto friendly smoothie is the perfect way to start the day. It's a nourishing breakfast in a glass. It caffeinates you and if you have crazy busy mornings like me it's going to be your quick GO-TO before you run out the door!
- 1 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsp scoops of Viking’s protein cookie dough mix or collagen protein powder
- 1 tbsp of Viking butter (has collagen in itself)
- 1/2 cup of cold coffee (or 1–2 tbsp espresso powder)
- 1/2 large avocado
- 3 tbsp of cacao powder
- 3 packets of pure stevia or sweetner by choice
- 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend well until smooth.
