- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 scoop protein cookie dough topping
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 1/2 teaspoon MCT oil or 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
