In Norwegian Waffle Culture (& Lefse "another sweet Norwegian traditional pastry")  there is nothing like a a warm, freshly baked waffle or lefse with a spread of a butter (Smør), cinnamon (kanel) and sugar (sukker) mixture.

This yummy spread is typically very high in sugar and calories, so in our modern Smør Syrup we have kept the beloved flavor and created a low calorie syrup with prebiotics and added buttery flavor from Ghee that consists of fat soluble vitamins, which aid weight loss.
