We bake our products daily without preservatives. Once shipped it takes 1-2 days to arrive.*Please note that once your order is placed it does not mean you will receive it in 1-2 days.
We will notify you with a tracking number by email once your order is getting ready for shipment.
From the time the tracking is sent please do allow a few business days for it to update. We will only give couriers shipments to pickup knowing it will arrive to you within 1-2 business days. Our unique packaging are made to keep them fresh and safe during shipping as well.
Upon arrival (if you don't binge eat the entire box) we recommend storing the waffles in the freezer. Thaw or defrost over-night or put them in the toaster for YUMMY ready-to-eat waffles.
They will be awesome for up to 6 months frozen frozen (3-4 days refrigerated due to no preservatives added). And a the sign of that the waffles are fresh & healthy.
The Viking Butter, Smor Syrup and Viking's protein cookie dough mix can be stored room temperatured upon arrival unlike the Viking Waffles.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
We highly recommend that someone be available to accept your local delivery package so that the waffles can be refrigerated or put in a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
If you don't binge eat your Viking Waffles right away when you open your protein box our fresh baked waffles are recommended to be stored cold in a freezer upon arrival to extend the shelf life up to six months. Thaw or defrost over-night or put them in the toaster for YUMMY ready-to-eat waffles.
The shelf life is 3 days refrigerated (due to no preservatives added) or 1 day upon arrival when you open your box. PS- We ship with cold packs, but if they are thawed upon arrival, do not worry, as the waffles are also ok room temperatured upon arrival as we ship express and our awesome special packaging are made to keep them safe, but shelf life shortens quickly if not stored cold upon delivery.

I emailed sales about receiving my latest order covered in mold spots. Even the packages that were in the freezer developed spots. I didn't have this issue with my first order of waffles. I do enjoy the waffles, but developing mold after receiving them and putting them straight into the refrigerator and freezer is a little ridiculous. I just would like my order replaced. I would continue to order more, but I am getting no response from the sales department (can't find a phone number to call?).

Absolutely amazing. I'm very impressed with this company and their flavor. The waffles are the same consistency and texture as the waffles we were raised with. Yet you can tell the ingredients in these are far better than the ones that spike your insulin dramatically. They're easy to eat and great in the toaster. I believe they're also great straight out of the bag if they're refrigerator or room temperature. I also love that the Viking company cut the waffles for easy tear apart to enjoy in bites. Keep it up and I hope to see more keto products!

When we received the package all of the ice blocks were completely melted and the waffles were at room temp. Not too happy with this since the product is so expensive.
Chicken & waffles w/ hot honey sauce
Great taste and macros, but packaging could be improved (I freeze mine, and they stick together unless I individually put pieces of parchment between each of them before storing) and also, as someone who uses a food scale, I’ve noticed the serving sizes (and therefore macros) aren’t always consistent with the nutrition label on the package. This happens a lot with most things, but since this is essentially a homemade product (and a very expensive one at that) I wonder if more care could be put into the production. Overall this is an amazing concept, love a convenient high protein, low cal option, grateful this exists.
Crazy good flavor
I have been ordering these vanilla waffles for quite 😋 sometimes. I love them. They're packed protein. Taste is so good. My favorite is by far all of them 😆

I absolutely love your vanilla waffles, I look forward to eating them every morning with my blueberries, I find the best way to fix them is in a frying pan with No fat butter, and no sugar syrup. Your ingredients are second to none.

Love Viking Waffles! They are such a treat every time I have one. It satisfies the craving for a waffle while giving me a decent amount of protein. (21 grams!) They are so delicious and easy to prepare right out of my freezer and into my toaster. I highly recommend these waffles!

The flavor was excellent but the delivery to out-if-state was TERRIBLE. I was charged $12 for a 2-day delivery and it arrived in 6! The box was a normal cardboard Fedex box with 4 small gel cooling/frozen bags that arrived WARM together with warm waffles. We still tried them hoping we would not get sick, we didn’t. The vanilla waffles have an excellent taste but will not be ordering again. Plus I found Kodiak Buttermilk Mix, same amount of protein and I can buy 5 boxes for the price of 1 Viking Vanilla Waffles. Sorry, not a good buy if one does not live close to the store.

Taste is great! The price point is a bit too high for only five waffles and they take 2-3 days to ship. I’ve ordered twice now and both times it’s taken about a week to receive. The waffles themselves are great! Price point and logistics are a bit unsatisfactory for the majority of people. I mean, $6 for a single waffle after shipping?

These waffles are great on their own, I like to heat mine and then toast them..and then put on Peanut butter and Jelly, and let me tell you: I could eat this daily and not tire of it. Yum!
